January Epiphyte Club Winner!

Congratulations to Kylee Baumle of Our Little Acre, who will be receiving a mailer of epiphytic cactus cuttings as soon as it warms up enough in Ohio! She blogged about her Ric Rac cactus for last month's epiphyte club, but since she was a little late I decided to add it to this month's instead... and luckily for her, she won! Here's a little info about Kylee and her blog.
.
Kylee is a real inspiration for those of us who are new to blogging and gardening. This dental hygienist only started gardening in 2005, but her passion led to a career in garden writing only two years later.

Her enthusiastic blogging is truly a joy to read, and she got recognition when Our Little Acre won five mouse and trowel awards for 2010 including best blog! Oh, and did I mention that she also writes for her newspaper, two regional gardening magazines, Horticulture magazine, and Cool Springs Press? Take a trip over to her blog to see what all the fuss is about. Congratulations, Kylee! Your care package will be sent as soon as the frosts give up and spring arrives! Like you needed another reason to be impatient about spring.

To participate in February's Epiphyte Club, simply write a blog post about tree dwelling plants like bromeliads or orchids and share a link! You might even win some loot!
